Learn, Grow, Develop, Achieve

We provide football in a safe & welcoming environment to female players from all ethnic backgrounds and any ability (including those who have not played football before). We do not aim to recruit only ‘elite’ players, but we prefer to develop players into being the best that they want to be, and helping them to develop their confidence, sporting and social skills by allowing them to express themselves and make their own decisions.

Despite the club only forming in 2019, girls from LGDA (most of whom started their football journey with us) have already had great achievements. We've seen players selected for development programs with Watford FC, Stevenage Borough and MK Dons as well as players in their school teams reaching national finals, winning the schools county cup and winning district competitions.
